We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Contract Job Coaches to join us! If you’re passionate about helping others grow, thrive, and reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Train and mentor individuals in job-related skills.
Develop personalized strategies to support success in the workplace.
Assess needs and tailor coaching to meet unique goals.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
Help individuals build confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in job coaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Access to a computer and internet for reporting and communication.
UNTWISE Job Skills Training Certification (or equivalent) required (30-hour course, $135 fee, valid for 3 years).
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
