SMS Terms (Text Messaging)
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Adverse Winds at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates/changes, service coordination, documentation requests, and other service-related notifications. Two-Way Texting: This is a two-way messaging service. Customers may text Adverse Winds at the same number used for SMS. Messages are reviewed during [Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm except for holidays]. Texts received after hours or on weekends will be answered the next business day. Do not use SMS for emergencies—call 911 or local emergency services.
